Charlie and Ann Starrs and their family have a lot to rejoice in this month.

Ann is the featured artist for November at the Orion Township Public Library.

Ann does watercolor painting at home and at the Rochester Paint Creek Center for the Arts. She is a member of the Michigan Watercolor Society.

Not only is Ann the featured artist at the library, but she recently celebrated a birthday, and she and Charlie also celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.

The couple were joined by their 10 children, their spouses and some friends at Darrel’s Steak & Seafood in Orion Township to commemorate these milestones and Anne’s artistic achievements.

Ann’s paintings can be viewed during library hours at the Orion Township Public Library, 825 Joslyn Rd.
