The Orion Art Center is partnering with Common Ground to raise money for Common Ground’s youth art therapy programs.

This family-friendly event will showcase activities including a craft table where visitors can participate in an art project. There will also be a silent auction.

“This exhibition and fundraiser is so important because the funds raised will help give youth a safe place to channel their creativity, express their feelings in a healthy way and help them heal from trauma,” said Amanda Creco, Marketing and Communications Specialist at Common Ground in a press release.

The Art Heals Exhibition and Fundraiser will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 20 at the Moose Tree Nature Preserve located at 3191 Clarkston Rd. Admission is $5. — M.K.
