The Orion Township Goodfellows paraded through the Keatington subdivision with a fire truck and trailer collecting donations.

The Keatington Santa event is a longstanding tradition in the subdivision.

Residents left donations on their porches for volunteers to grab as they passed.

Donations included food, toys and monetary donations that would go to the Goodfellows’ Christmas program as well as the Lake Orion Lions Club.

Families lined the streets, meeting at street corners for a chance to get a picture with the man of the hour, Santa Claus.

Santa listened to all the good boy’s and girl’s Christmas requests. — M.K.
