Groveland Twp. break-ins

Groveland Twp.? Michigan State Police are seeking tips in the recent break-ins of two homes and a business in the township.
Troopers are investigating the breaking and entering of a business in the 1200 block of N. Ortonville Road that occurred on June 7. Two laptop computers and a pick-up truck were stolen, as well as a large safe at the business that contained cash and an engagement ring.
Two residences were also broken into while no one was at home last week, the first on June 10, in the 2800 block of Bird Road in which a thief or thieves forced entry overnight and stole a shotgun, two televisions and a laptop computer.
On June 11, another forced entry was made into a home in the 1300 block of Duck Creek. MSP Trooper Parker said while personal effects were rifled through at the residence, nothing appeared to be missing.
