Flowers for Clarkston

Clarkston Farm and Garden Club livened up Main Street and the library last week with flowers and greens.
Club members worked on planters and landscaping May 30 in downtown Clarkston and the Independence Township Library.
‘We enjoy contributing to the community,? said Julie Piazza, civic improvement chairperson.
‘We love it,? said Kay Robertson, club member since 1969.
The club, founded in 1948, is working with Clarkston Community Education on the Clarkston Garden Walk, set for July 18.
