Reappointments

Two members of the Orion Township Safety Path Advisory Committee have been reappointed to new terms. Scott Buchholz and Wayne Zimmerman’s terms both expired at the end of April. They have been reappointed, and their new terms expire Dec. 31, 2008. The committee currently has two vacancies.

OCSD clerk’s position to become permanent

The Orion Township board, on the recommendation of Oakland County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Bruce Naile, commander of the Orion Substation, has voted to make the OCSD clerk’s position a permanent one. Early deadlines

Due to the July 4th holiday, deadlines for The Lake Orion Review and 0Ad-vertiser have changed. Classified ads and editorial content must be at The Review office no later than noon on July 1. Cancelation of ads must also be done by noon on that Friday. The Review office will be closed on July 4th.

Safety tower site plan at Civic Park OK
