A string of automobile larcenies recently struck residents living around Harwood Dr. All of the incidents occurred during overnight between Feb. 11 and 12:
n A 44-year-old resident on Wise reported a tool box stolen from his pickup truck.
n Resident on Lakesview Blvd. reported his rear driver’s side window on his SUV broken and two “Durabrand” CD players stolen.
n Female resident on Harwood Dr. reported her purse stolen from her car.
n A Harwood Dr. resident reported a pair of golf shoes and a portable CD player stolen from her daughter’s vehicle.
n A third Harwood Dr. resident reported that snow skis and several CD’s were stolen from his son’s vehicle.
At the time of publication, all of the robberies were still under investigation by the Oakland County Sheriff’s department.
