The Friends of the Orion Township Library would like to thank everyone who helped with our recent fundraiser, Passport to Spring: Japan, A Festival of Seasons. It was a successful event, thanks to the many people who helped by sponsoring, donating, performing, demonstrating, serving on committees, or attending the festival. The money raised by the event will be used to support programming at the library. Programs like the annual summer reading programs for children, teens and adults, and the 5th grade Battle of the Books wouldn’t happen without the financial support of the Friends. And coming up – another way to support the library through the Friends. Our Spring Gently Used Book Sale will be held at the library from Tuesday, May 17 through Saturday, May 21.
