Applications are being accepted for an
appointment to the Oxford Public Library Board.
Candidates must be able to qualify to vote in Oxford Township, and be willing to serve without pay. If interested send a resume and ‘statement of interest? to Board President, Duane Salswedel, at the Oxford Public Library, P.O. Box 538, Oxford, MI 48371. Letters of interest must be received by July 20, 2005.

public hearing
The Oxford Public Library Board will hold a public hearing on their 2006 operating budget. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the purposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. The hearing will take place at the Oxford Public Library in the conference room on Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 7:15 p.m.
A copy of the budget is available at the library.
