The boys sent two bowlers to the final field, Wynkoop as the seventh seed and Magyar as the 14th seed. Wynkoop had a first round bye and Magyar easily won his first round match. Both won their second round match and made the final eight before Magyar lost in the next round but Wynkoop made his way to the finals before losing.
‘I was extremely proud of our team,? said Head Coach JR Lafnear. ‘Winning the league opener and getting two bowlers in the finals was awesome. To watch Mike (Magyar), Brandon (Wynkoop) and Kelly (Cartner) in the tournament was as fun as it gets. The team go a lot of early season experience that will help us later on this year as well as in years to come.?
