The Friendly Forest is set for Saturday, Oct. 20.
Children ages 2-9 can walk the enchanted trail at Clintonwood Park of Clarkston Road with their parents and collect goodies from their favorite cartoon and fairy tale characters.
Costumes encouraged.
Tickets must be purchased in advance for a specific time. Tours are every 15 minutes from 4:30-7 p.m.
Ticket price is $6/resident and $8/non-resident, free for adults. Tickets are on sale at the Independence Township Parks and Recreation office.
