Oxford Booters look to improve record

The Oxford Varsity girl’s soccer team has been seeing some tough times.
The team hasn’t won a game since they played North Branch on April 23.
Last Wednesday, the Wildcats lost 1-3 to Lapeer East. Junior Brittany Moncrieff scored the lone goal.
On Monday night, the girls lost to Swartz Creek 1-2.
Freshman Amanda Roth scored the one and only goal and was assisted by Moncrieff. Freshman Sarah Stroope had 14 saves in the net.
Oxford is now 2-3-1 in the Flint Metro League and 4-7 overall.
They take on Linden at home tonight at 6:45 p.m.
