Trio remain jailed after committing armed robbery in Addison

Three individuals from Port Huron who are suspects in an Addison Township armed robbery that took place Nov. 23 waved their preliminary exam Dec. 6 and remain in Oakland Counti Jail today.
Adam Lee Fellhauer, 20, his sister Nicole Lynn Fellhauer, 25, and John Richard McCaffrey, 35, each received four-count felony warrants for armed robbery and four-count felony warrants for unlawful imprisonment after they allegedly entered a residence on the 100 block of Hidden Lakes Dr.
According to the sheriff’s report, around 12:30 a.m., McCaffrey, with a long barreled shotgun in hand, and Adam Fellhauer entered the home and demanded the four home occupants get on the floor while Fellhauer tied them up with rope, allegedly. Nicole Fellhauer waited in the getaway vehicle parked outside.
The men allegedly stole a plasma TV, XBox 360 gaming machine, the victim’s cell phones and cash.
According to the report, a victim at the home personally knew Fellhauer and was able to identify him for sheriff’s deputies.
Fellhauer was arrested on Nov. 29, while his sister and McCaffrey turned themselves into the Addison Twp. Sheriff’s substation on Dec. 3.
Adam Fellhauer still carries his $250,000 cash bond, while his sister and McCaffrey also still carry their $100,000 cash bonds.
If convicted, they could each face up to 15 years in prison.
