Atlas Twp. – Pushing his father around has landed an Atlas Township man in jail.
Genesee County Sheriff Deputies from the Atlas Township precinct responded to a report of domestic assault in the 7000 block of Jordan Road on Aug. 27.
The 25-year-old man, who resides in his parents? home, was arrested on charges of domestic violence against his 50-year-old father.
The man, who is facing a 93-day misdeameanor sentence, was lodged in the Genesee County Jail, and arraigned before 67th District Judge Mark McCabe Aug. 29.
