It took a little extra grit and time, but Lake Orion’s boys lacrosse team sealed a league title by going undefeated in OAA Red Division play last week.

The Dragons won their final division game against Bloomfield Hills 11-10 in double overtime.

The victory secures the Dragons as the OAA Red Division Champions. Their record is 12-1 and they prepare for three more games which would put them in the state playoffs.

The team’s only loss this season was to Orchard Lake St. Mary’s.
