As venues and restaurants close across the state, 20 Front Street in downtown Lake Orion is finding a way to continue to provide much needed entertainment.

Allen Goetz announced today that 20 Front Street would be working with Steve Taylor Acoustic Roundup to put together a livestream performance.

Steve Taylor Acoustic Roundup is expected to feature four Michigan sings and songwriters who will sing Nashville style songs.

The performance will take place at 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on March 19. However, this won’t be a regular show at 20 Front Street.

Due to the ongoing health crisis, the venue will be closed to the public but the concert will be available for viewing on the 20 Front Street YouTube channel.

This show will be absolutely free to watch but donations can be made via the YouTube channel.

In the foreseeable future, Goetz is anticipating doing more livestream shows in which donations will be accepted in lieu of ticket purchases.

All donations will be shared between 20 Front Street and the performers. — M.K.
