The zombie horde prowls downtown Lake Orion Sept. 18 for the 9th annual Zombie Walk.
Zombie Walk 9 is the brainchild of Lloyd and Kathy Coe, owners of Ed’s Broadway Gift and Costume, to celebrate Lloyd’s birthday.
Proceeds benefit the Orion Christmas Parade Group.
Zombie Walk 9 begins at 8 p.m. in front of Ed’s Broadway Gift and Costume, 2 S. Broadway St., with the zombie masses ambling through downtown Lake Orion to prearranged locations.
Anyone who needs help with their zombie makeup should arrive at Ed’s Broadway at 6 p.m.
Participation donation for Zombie Walk 9 is $10, with an additional $10 for the optional Poker Run, where participants will get a poker card at each location with the winning hand receiving a prize.
