Minor injuries reported in traffic crash on M-24

There were minor injuries reported in a traffic crash on N. Park Boulevard (m-24) at W. Church Street on April 4

Lake Orion police responded to the crash at 11:39 a.m. and learned that a Ford Focus was making a left turn onto W. Church Street westbound off of M-24 at the same time a Chevrolet Silverado was making a left turn off of W. Church onto northbound M-24 they collision occurred, an incident report stated.

Man arrested on Lake Orion warrant

Oakland County dispatch contacted Lake Orion police at 12:22 a.m. April 6 to inform police that Bloomfield Township police had detained a 72-year-old man on a misdemeanor warrant out of Lake Orion.

Lake Orion police had the Bloomfield Township police give the man court appearance information and then release the man.

Oxford man arrested on domestic assault warrant

Oxford police arrested an Oxford man on a domestic assault misdemeanor warrant issued by the Lake Orion Police Department.

Oxford police detained the 51-year-old man after a traffic stop at 12:04 a.m. April 8. Lake Orion police then took custody and lodged the man at the Oakland County Jail pending charges.
