Plants in the park

Volunteers took time out Saturday, Oct. 3, to renovate Rotary Park, across from the Hart Center near downtown Davisburg.
The native plants selected for the park match the area’s wet conditions, and will attract butterflies and birds when they bloom in the spring.
‘By next year, this park will be beautiful,? said Trish Hennig, Oakland County Parks.
Davisburg Township Parks and Recreation, Davisburg Rotary, Springfield Township Garden Club, and North Oakland Headwaters Land Conservancy joined with the county to replant the park.
