Proposals will be publicly opened and read immediately after the time established above.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five per cent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal payable to Oxford DDA as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds within ten (10) days after, and as a condition precedent to the award of the Contract.
