Awarded the 2019 chloride contract to the Road Commission for Oakland County in the amount of $59,837.40.

Received and filed the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals 2018 Annual Reports.

Received and filed notice regarding proposed joint public hearing for PC-2019-06, Silverbell Pointe PUD on March 20, 2019.

Received and filed 4th Quarter 2018 Treasurer Report.

Approved the Special Permit Application under Ord. 76 for the Lions Club fundraiser, Night at the Races March 30, 2019.

Accepted the donation of a temporary grading easement.

Scheduled a joint meeting with Township Board, Planning Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals on April 10, 2019.

Accepted Employee Resignation with regret and authorized posting/advertising for the vacant position of Programmer for Parks & Recreation.

Approved the amendment to the Ground Lease Agreement and amended Memorandum Lease between the Charter Township of Orion and TowerCo.

Held First Reading for PC-2019,01, Parcel B-1 rezone request and directed the Clerk to publish for second reading and possible adoption on April 15, 2019.
