Called meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. All Members present.

Held Closed Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. to Discuss Attorney Opinion.

Reconvened Regular Meeting at 7:03 p.m.

Invocation, Pastor Todd Deavers. All rose for Pledge of Allegiance.

Recognized Orion Township Firefighters for their work with Fight for Air American Lung Association.

Supervisor Barnett delivered a proclamation regarding Neuromyelitis Optica Awareness Month.

Presentation given by Megan Szalony on behalf of Oakland County Youth Mobile Crisis Team.

Approved payment of bills in the amount of $193,698.43, and payrolls of $144,298.77.

Total disbursement of funds of $337,997.20, as presented.

Approved Agenda, as presented.

Approved Consent Agenda, as presented.

Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, February 19, 2019.

Approved Request for Street Closure for the Lake Orion Turkey Trot at Kern Rd, on November 20, 2019.

Authorized Supervisor to proceed with the preparation of the cost estimate for the Square Lake Water Quality SAD #3B.

Awarded the 2019 chloride contract to the Road Commission for Oakland County in the amount of $59,837.40.

Received and filed the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals 2018 Annual Reports.

Received and filed notice regarding proposed joint public hearing for PC-2019-06, Silverbell Pointe PUD on March 20, 2019.

Received and filed 4th Quarter 2018 Treasurer Report.

Approved the Special Permit Application under Ord. 76 for the Lions Club fundraiser, Night at the Races March 30, 2019.

Accepted the donation of a temporary grading easement.

Scheduled a joint meeting with Township Board, Planning Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals on April 10, 2019.

Accepted Employee Resignation with regret and authorized posting/advertising for the vacant position of Programmer for Parks & Recreation.

Approved the amendment to the Ground Lease Agreement and amended Memorandum Lease between the Charter Township of Orion and TowerCo.

Accepted the Orion Township Investment Policy updates, as presented.

Held First Reading for PC-2019,01, Parcel B-1 rezone request and directed the Clerk to publish for second reading and possible adoption on April 15, 2019.

Thanked James Leinbach for reading a letter on behalf of Odd Job.

Received and filed the Supervisor’s memo and report dated February 28, 2019, as presented.

Received and filed Police and Fire Reports, as presented.

Received and filed the Strategic Communication Solutions 2018 Orion Township Report, as presented.

Received and filed the MMRMA Financial Report, as presented.

Received and filed the Building Department Report, as presented.
