The Orion Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for The Coney Express on May 15 to welcome the business to the community. Owners Adi Kabashi and Louie Kolaj have more than 20 years’ experience in the restaurant business and a shared passion for great food, fast service and community connection. They were joined by their families, chamber members and local officials during the celebration.
