Last summer ushered in the start of a third decade at Moto-Medic Inc. and they’re looking forward to the promise of a fruitful future, which can be attributed to their dedicated employees.
Several of Moto’s 15 employees have observed the many changes that brought success to Moto-Medic, helping to earn its reputation as the ‘Drivability Experts.?
With the constant struggles that today’s small businesses face, there is comfort in the realization that there are dependable and talented employees with reputations of outstanding abilities in diagnosing various problems, or should we say ‘Challenges? of auto repair.
‘Each technician has pride in their specialty,? notes Dave Nelder, owner and creator of Moto-Medic, Inc.,
Moto-Medic would like to present one employee that is outstanding as a leader in electrical repair?
Steve Seibert.
Steve has been a member of the Moto-Medic team since its beginning.
‘Steve’s one of the best in Michigan,? notes Brenda Nelder.
Seibert, whose training in aviation school has helped in his work with electrical systems, says that ‘cars are getting pretty tough? in this day and age.
‘A car today could have anywhere from five to nine modules and they all talk together,? he says.
If you need someone to figure it out, Dave says Seibert is definitely your man.
This time of year, Steve and Dave say it’s to good plan ahead for the warm summer months. They suggest getting your air conditioning and cooling system checked out on your next routine check-up.
‘It’s a good idea to beat the rush and get your AC service now in March and April,? Dave notes.
Steve agreed, adding that electrical systems need extra attention now too, because of salt intrusion from the harsh winter months.
In addition, Moto-Medic has towing service available through Buckhorn Towing.
‘Lake Orion has been a growing town,? Dave says. ‘We’ve been keeping up with all of its growth.?
Having a loyal staff has helped Moto-Medic stay on top, too.
‘Our employees tend to stay with us for a long time,? Dave adds.
Steve Seibert, who attended grade school at St. Joseph, is just one of the many examples.
