Lake Orion High School’s mens cross country team headed to their across town rival, Oxford High School, for the Oxford Invitational.
The Dragons competed hard finishing with a total of 66 points; falling only to Rochester Adams by three points.
Senior Andrew Nolan was first to cross the finish line and was an astounding 34 seconds before the second place finisher. Sophomore Jacob Gleason finished 11th. Fellow sophomores Clayton Kuiper, Will Houvener, Hong Bing Tang and Adam Hafeli all placed in the top 24, each earning medals for their finishes. Freshmen Jake Smith and Horatio Lopez and Junior Andrew Laurent also medaled in the top 40.
