For the week of Oct. 21 Lake Orion High School’s Students Offering Support spearheaded “U Matter Week.”

Throughout the week, students would engage in discussions and activities geared toward spreading awareness of mental health and the importance of maintaining that health.

Each day posed a new theme, ranging from depression and anxiety to stress relief and mindfulness, for students to educate themselves on.
