‘Hour Detroit? magazine has named Ortonville attorney, Kirk Falvay, ‘Best of Detroit? in the area of estate planning in their June 2010 issue. ‘Hour Detroit? magazine made their selection based on a survey of financial services industry professionals and high-net-worth households in the Detroit area. The final selections were made by a blue ribbon panel of financial planning experts. Less than 7 percent of all qualified professionals were named.
Falvay holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami (Ohio) University and a law degree from Indiana University and gears his practice toward individuals, small business owners’specializing in estate planning and real estate matters.
He is one of only 100 attorneys in Michigan who have been designated among the Outstanding Attorneys of America.
He participates in the American Association of Retired People’s (AARP) Lawyer Referral Program, and is a member of Wealth Counsel, a national estate planning attorney network.Falvay has maintained an office in Ortonville since 1977, and practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, business and real estate.
