The lady Dragon bowling team headed to Grand Blanc Lanes in Grand Blanc on Friday to compete in their team and individual regional tournaments.

Lake Orion gave a commanding performance in the team regional competition taking first place with a total of 3923, nearly 300 points above second place finishers Flushing High School.

Additionally, four Dragons qualified for the individual state competition; Cheyenne Washington who took third with a total score of 1225, Faith Washington in seventh with a score of 1191 and Grace Tefend and Teagan McAuliffe who took ninth and tenth place respectively.

The ladies head to Thunderbowl in Allen Park for the 2020 individual and team state finals on March 6 and 7. — M.K.
