Head to downtown Lake Orion and downtown Oxford every Thursday in February for the #StrongerTogether Ice Fest celebration.
Visitors can enjoy the social district, restaurants and shops in both downtowns by taking the free trolley to and from Oxford and Lake Orion.
Live ice carving will take place in Lake Orion from 5-8 p.m. and check out other pre-cut ice sculptures scattered around the downtown.
The Lake Orion-Oxford Downtown Trolley will also run between the downtowns during Ice Fest. Trolley pickup is at Fork & Pint, 51 N. Broadway St.; and drop off is at Nuts About Chocolate, 59 S. Broadway.
In Oxford, pickup is at the Magic Brownie Box, 40 N. Washington St.; and drop off is at Funky Monkey Toy Store, 5 N. Washington. — M.K.
