Students throughout Independence Elementary were filled with love on Friday as they celebrated Valentine’s Day with treats, games, crafts and sharing cards.
A few classes added a new tradition to the celebration.
Some were quickly walking through the halls for a scavenger hunt.
Another class grabbed their sleds and whisked down the snowy hill by the playground.
