Knight earns Emerging Leader Award

The 2009 Campus Life Leadership Awards banquet was held on April 22 at Wayne State University where 21 students, advisors and organizations were honored. Hannah Knight, of Lake Orion, received the Emerging Leader Award.

Walsh first in soap box competition

Adam Walsh took first place in the Rochester Bar Association’s fourth annual oratory competition. The competition celebrated Law Day and Abraham Lincoln’s 200th birthday, which speeches were themed around. Walsh is a senior at Lake Orion High School.
