Big Lake Road between Andersonville and Hillsboro roads in Springfield Township is set to close this week for railroad crossing repair work. Detour is Scott Road to Hall Road to Andersonville Road and back to Big Lake Road, and vice versa. The road should reopen by Aug. 21, according to Road Commission for Oakland County.
