Carol Sue Wendorf of Rougemont, North Carolina, formerly of Lake Orion, Gingellville and Clarkston, Michigan, passed away on March 14, 2023. She was 65.
Carol is the wife of Michael Wendorf; sister of John (Ligia) Mahan, the late James (Yvonne) Mahan, Robert (Cindy) Mahan, Richard (Kim) Mahan, Patricia Raymond, Paula (Bill) Parrish, David (Fay) Vovilla and Kathy Williams.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elton and Delores Vovillia.
Carol graduated from Lake Orion High School. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed watching the wildlife in North Carolina, especially the deer.
A Memorial Service will be held for Carol at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home in Clarkston. Friends may visit at noon.
Interment is at Drayton Plains Cemetery in Waterford.
Memorials may be made towards the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Michigan Animal Rescue League.
