Registration is now open for the 2023 Michigan Senior Olympic Winter Games. The events kick-off with the MSO Ballroom Dance Competition and Dinner on Feb. 26 followed by a variety of sporting events taking place in March and April.
More than 800 athletes from all over the state will participate in the games.
The Michigan Senior Olympics are open to anyone age 50 and over. Athletes compete in five year age groups.
Dancesport – Feb. 26 at the Royal Park Hotel.
Ice Hockey (Men’s 60-plus and 70-plus divisions). Wednesday-Friday, March 1-3 at Troy Sports Center.
Pickleball – Saturday-Monday, March 4-6 at Life Time Rochester Hills
Table Tennis – March 4 at the Davison Athletic Club.
Powerlifting – March 11 at Strength Depot.
Basketball Free Throw and three point contest – March 11 at the Sterling Heights Community Center.
Billiards – March 12 at Side Pocket Billiards.
Indoor Archery – April 2 at the Detroit Sportsmen’s Congress.
Co-Ed Volleyball – April 2 at Elite Sportsplex.
