I am writing to express my support for the re-election of Scott Taylor for LOCS school board.

I moved to Lake Orion over 17 years ago, largely for the quality of the school district.

I now am the proud parent of a LOCS graduate and a junior at LOHS. I consider myself fortunate to have gotten to know Scott and his beautiful family over the past several years.

Scott continues to amaze me with how dedicated he is to this community and these schools.

We have girls that play soccer together and even when that schedule gets crazy (times two for the Taylors), Scott continues to support schools and this community tirelessly.

He not only shows up, but inspires and recruits others to as well. Juggling a busy schedule is the normal for Scott yet he can be relied upon to participate in graduation ceremonies, parades, Lamp of Learning awards and cheering on Dragon athletes.

He is also excellent at building support for important community causes! He is a Dragon through and through!

It is clear that Scott has the student’s best interests at heart and his experience in serving on the LOCS school board would not be easily replaced.

He has been serving with great integrity and compassion through difficult times while bringing many improvements in recent years.

Please join me in supporting Scott Taylor for continued service by re-electing him to the LOCS School Board.
