Malik Kattula, owner of USA Wireless, changed that by bringing technology up to date with the latest and greatest in the cellular communication world.
Katulla opened the store seven months ago, operating his business in a town he seems to love. Mike Nafsou, the manager, couldn’t agree more.
‘Business owners sometimes don’t think of the smaller cities. They have just the same needs and wants as the bigger areas do. Being in this business before, I have a great idea of what is needed,? said Nafsou.
USA Wireless knows the true meaning of customer satisfaction. While many stores refer clients to a faceless number when questions or problems arise, Kattula and his team do everything they can to remedy any situation.
‘If we can’t help you here, or you need your phone fixed because of a technical problem, we’ll help. We have even taken the phone to the techs ourselves so the customer doesn’t have to make the trip themselves,? said Kattula. ‘We go out of our way to ensure satisfaction.?
Kattula has been in the area for the past several years in another retail business, so it wasn’t a difficult decision to stay and and take his chances in another avenue. His goal is to serve Ortonville, Goodrich, Davison and all other surrounding communities with cellular service offering new products and features to customers.

Discounts are offered to the Big Three employees, as well as state and government workers. They feature products from T-Mobile, Verizon and Nextel and are both authorized representatives.
