Bomb threat at Brandon High School

Brandon Twp.-Bomb sniffing dogs were at Brandon High School early Monday morning following a bomb threat written on a high school bathroom wall.
‘There was a comment found on the wall late Friday, against an assistant principal,? said Michael Ferguson, Brandon High School principal. ‘We take all precautions in these situations. The investigation will continue.?
At about 5 a.m. Monday, K-9 teams from Sterling Heights, Macomb County and Oakland County swept through the high school before students arrived. No bombs were discovered.
‘I’m dissapointed that some individual would do this. We will do everything in our power to find these people. And will prosceute to the fullest extent of the law. Students will face expulsion and jail time as a result. The individual or individuals will be held accountable.?
About mid-morning Monday, school officials reached parents through Alertnow Rapid Notification System regarding the issues at the high school. School was not dismissed.
