Wet conditions might have scared off some, but those who attended the first-ever Wildwood Farm Day at Olde World Canterbury Village weren’t bothered a bit by the rain.
The event was held at at the village on Joslyn Road in Orion Township on May 13.
Proceeds benefited the Orion Historical Society.
Activities for the day included an antique appraisal fair, flea market, vintage farm equipment, period style music, historical tours, young farm goats, and a chicken barbecue.
The family event also celebrated the one-time 3,000 acre working estate of William E. Scripps.
