Serial flasher strikes at Kmart shopping center

It appears a serial flasher who has been favoring businesses on Rochester Road has moved north. The man exposed himself to a girl in Orion Township on Oct. 13.
The Oakland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a report the man exposed himself to a four-year-old girl in the Kmart at Lapeer and Clarkston.
He’s described as being a white male in his 30s-40s, 5-feet 6-inches to 5-feet 8-inches tall and weighing 140-160 pounds
According to the OCSD, the girl was looking at Halloween decorations when the man walked up and exposed himself to her.
The girl’s mother was able to provide a rough description that fit prior descriptions from witnesses involved in the Rochester Road incidents.
The OCSD said the man is wanted for questioning after exposing himself to three children, ages 5, 8 and 9, at three businesses on Rochester Road on Sept. 17.
They said the same man also exposed himself to a woman in the Barnes and Noble store on Rochester Road on Oct. 5.
The man is described as usually wearing burgundy nylon jogging shorts, which are very short, with a dingy gray t-shirt bearing a logo.
He has been seen driving a burgundy 1993-95 Ford Thunderbird in good condition.
The OCSD recently received a tip from a West Bloomfield police officer that a friend of his who works at the Home Depot on Lapeer Road thought she saw the man fitting the physical description leaving that store last week.
The man is described as having brown hair and possibly a mustache.
