The Lake Orion varsity girls basketball team suffered their first defeat since joining the OAA Division III this year, falling to Stoney Creek on Oct. 6, 48-45.
Trisha Dalrymple led the Dragons with 14 points in the game, followed by Chelsea Richards with 11.
Also scoring for Lake Orion were Cara Slossan with eight points, Cara Booker with five, and Rachel LaRocca with four.
Cortney Kimmel scored three points for the Dragons, who fell to 9-1, 5-1.
The team traveled to Kimball on Oct. 11, and will play at Clarkston on Thursday.
