Capital Management Inc. offers personal guidance in personal finance

William H. Langdon Jr. is the founder and CEO of Langdon Capital Management Inc. (LCM), established in 1991.
LCM is an independent and full-service financial and consulting firm, providing a vast array of financial solutions for both companies and individuals.
Langdon has 17 years experience in the financial and retirement planning industry and is board certified in mutual funds and retirement plans. He specializes in IRAs, rollover IRAs, insurance, educational funding, retirement transition services, small business retirement plans, 401Ks, 403bs and estate planning.
Prior to LCM, Langdon served as district manager and registered representative with Waddell and Reed Financial Services Inc. from 1988 to 1991.
While he credentials are impressive, something else sets Langdon apart. His philosophy ? stewardship over salesmanship ? permeates every client’s relationship based on building a close, strong and long-standing relationship.
‘We’re relationship based,? he said. ‘We build relationships for a living. We don’t sell products for a living.?
Langdon describes LCM as ‘big enough to provide professionalism, yet small enough to provide personalized services.?
Langdon’s educational background is extensive. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in administration and business sociology. He is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Life-Health-Disability Institute’s board certification and of the Institute of Business and Finance, with board certification in mutual funds and retirement funds administration.

Since 2001, he has been active in the Clarkston Rotary Club, both on the board of directors and chair of fund-raising and community involvement. He is also on the stewardship and fund-raising committee and the finance and endowment committee of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
