‘Cirque Amongus?

Goodrich – Local kids juggled with international entertainers recently when ‘Cirque Amongus’came to the downtown Goodrich library.
Teresa and Sem Abrahams gave local children a crash-course in circus arts, such as juggling, balance skills, and riding a unicycle.
A show that originated in Holland, the circus-vaudeville style show has been featured in stage revue shows, fairs and festivals, and National Basketball Association half-time shows.
‘They were here last year,? said Pat Peterson, director of support services for the Genesee District Library who brought Cirque Amongus this year to library branches like Goodrich.
‘The reaction was so great, everybody was talking about it so much.?
‘It’s a great art form, it reaches out to both young and old,? said Teresa. ‘Everyone can relate to it, whether old or young.?
