A 44-year old Roseville man was injured after a head-on collision with a van.
The cyclist was heading northbound on Rochester Rd. Sunday afternoon when he crossed the center line, hitting an on-coming van.
The van was driven by a 69-year old Rochester man who was treated at the scene for chest pain. Both he and his passenger were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
The Roseville man, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to William Beaumont Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
Oakland County Sheriff’s Sgt. Pete Burkett, of the Addison substation, said the crash is still under investigation by the sheriff’s Crash Reconstruction Unit.
