Wolves lap Hazel Park

The Clarkston swim team got off the schneide in a big way on Jan. 27. The Wolves blew Hazel Park out of the water, registering a 138-32 victory.
A Clarkston swimmer finished first in each of the eleven events. Josh Badgerow was a standout swimmers winning the 100 and 200 freestyle races. He also teamed with Jim Peers, Phil Voorheis and Ryan Kurrle to win the 200 medley relay. Voorheis and Badgerow where also members of the first place 200 freestyle medley with Billy Petrusha and Erik Miller.
The week ahead is busy for Clarkston’s swim team.Their meet with Seaholm on Feb. 1 finished too late for this edition of The Clarkston News. The wolves will host Troy Athens on Feb. 3, then will compete in the Oakland County Tournament on Feb. 5.
