Goodrich – The Genesee County Sheriff’s Department issued a warrant Dec. 18 for a 70-year-old male who has confessed to sexually molesting his 9-year-old step-granddaughter in Goodrich three years ago.
The man will stand trial in circuit court in Genesee County on charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct II. He is currently lodged in the Oakland County on similar charges, said Atlas Sgt. Detective Joe Parks.
