Groveland Twp. – Unusual behavior led Groveland police to conclude a barefoot wanderer is insane.

A police check revealed the woman had previously been found on M-59 in Utica, missing her 2001 Pontiac, which was later discovered impounded by Detroit police. The suspect was unclear on how her car was impounded.
