It was a circus at Independence Elementary on June 3 – literally.
Students, parents and staff members got into the circus spirit for their annual field day.
Various events – all invoking fun and water to keep the kids cool. Including students became elephants and attempted to carry a ball around a course.
Teachers and parents volunteers also stayed cool on the hot day while students tried their luck aiming water balloons at them.
