The Eagle Valley Landfill will host a free disposal day on Saturday (May 31) from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Orion residents (please bring identification) are welcome to participate. Eagle Valley is located at 600 W. Silverbell Road. Call (248)391-0990 for more information.
That same day, a NO HAZ Household Hazardous Waste Day event will take place at Oakland University.
Again, identification is required, and participants are asked to use the main entrance off of Squirrel Road. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
