sixth in OAA I meet
The Lake Orion boys track and field team finished second in the OAA I League Meet, held at West Bloomfield on May 24. The Lake Orion girls were sixth.
The Dragon boys had 109 points, while first-place Southfield finished with 120. For Lake Orion, Ryan Allison had first place finishes in the long jump (20-11), 110 hurdles (14.6), and 300 hurdles (39.8).
Billy Peterson took first place in the 3200 run (9:50.6) for the team.
The girls finished with 37 points in sixth place, while Pontiac Northern won the girls? competition with 108.
