NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Springfield will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at its workshop meeting on Thursday, March 3, 2005, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Springfield Township Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, Michigan to receive public comments on an application from Prospectors Industrial Project, LLC, P.O. Box 326, Davisburg, Michigan, for the following:
Request to rezone approximately 4.4 acres from M-1 (Light Industrial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development), for the purpose of constructing a convenience store and gas station (16 pumps, 8 lanes) and a 27,000+/- square foot multi-tenant buidling which would permit a range of uses, such as: research and design facilities; offices; warehousing and wholesale establishments; manufacture, compounding or processing facilities; data processing and computer centers; banks; medical and dental offices; personal and repair service establishments; dry cleaning facilities; restaurants; industrial training schools; and veterinary facilities.
The parcel is located at the southwest intersection of Andersonville and White Lake roads. P.I. # 07-36-451-022.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the application for rezoning and related documents may be examined at the Springfield Township Clerk’s Office, 12000 Davisburg, Rd., Davisburg, MI 48350 during regular business hours. Written comments may be submitted to the Springfield Township Clerk, at the above address, up until the time of the Public Hearing.
